We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@twopagescurtains.co.uk as soon as possible.
Made-to-Order Products
As all made-to-order products are custom-made according to your specifications, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellation requests made more than 12 hours after purchase, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the product value will apply to cover materials, labour, and production costs already incurred.
- Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please carefully review all measurements, colours, fabric selections, and product specifications before placing your order.
Ready-Made Products & Accessories
For all products excluding made-to-order items:
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
