Delivery Protection (Optional)
Delivery Protection provides additional cover for eligible orders against loss, damage, and delivery issues during transit.
Coverage Includes
Delivery Delay
Claim up to £5 if your parcel is not delivered within:
- 10 days after dispatch for UK deliveries
- 30 days after dispatch for international deliveries
Damage in Transit
Claim up to the full value of the affected item(s) if products arrive damaged.
Lost Parcels
Claim up to the full order value if your parcel is not delivered within:
- 30 days after dispatch for UK deliveries
- 60 days after dispatch for international deliveries

VAT & Import Charges
All prices displayed on our UK website include VAT.
For most UK deliveries, duties and taxes are prepaid by TWOPAGES, meaning no additional charges are normally required upon delivery.
In the unlikely event that customs authorities or the carrier request additional charges, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@twopagescurtains.co.uk before making any payment.

Order Tracking

Changing a Delivery Address
Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to:

- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
