Please note: Returns or exchanges based solely on fabric preference cannot be accepted if a free fabric sample was not requested or was declined before placing the order.


Limited Warranty

TWOPAGES stands behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. Our made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and shades are manufactured to high standards, with warranty coverage varying by product category.

What Is Covered

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, TWOPAGES will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or the affected component after inspection.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use, including gradual fading from sunlight, fabric ageing, minor fraying, loss of colour intensity, or natural changes to operating mechanisms over time.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, negligence, water, insects, pets, or other external factors.
  • Damage resulting from alterations, modifications, attempted repairs, or servicing by anyone other than TWOPAGES or an authorised service provider.
  • Cosmetic changes or product obsolescence that do not affect the intended function of the product.
  • Products purchased second-hand or transferred from the original purchaser.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team at support@twopagescurtains.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and advise on the appropriate next steps.


Your Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may have legal remedies that apply independently of this warranty.
