- Enter Shipping & Payment Details: Provide your shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.
- Place Your Order: Review your order, apply a discount code if you have one, and click "Pay now" to complete your purchase.
That's it! You'll receive an order confirmation email and tracking details.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received.

For custom products that arrive as per your order specification, we do not accept exchange in principle.
For damaged or broken items, we accept exchange only. *Exchanges can only be made with the same details as the original order (including size, header style, color, liner, etc.)
Please contact us via email: support@twopagescurtains.co.uk at once within 3 days of receipt, and keep all the packaging (outer and inner packaging) and provide us with the photos of the packaging and products to apply for damaged products exchange. We will arrange an exchange for you after confirmation.

TWOPAGES curtain stack width varies for fabrics and headers, normally accounting for 20-30% of your ordered width.

- 100% Blackout Curtains: Our blackout curtains are crafted from specialised fabric that inherently blocks all light, ensuring complete darkness. These curtains are self-blackout, meaning they do not require an additional liner to achieve total light blockage.

3.5-inch plastic adjustable pin hooks are included for pinch pleat, tailor pleat, triple pleat, triple tailor pleat;

Metal pin hooks are included for goblet pleat, inverted box pleat, French pleat, French triple pleat;
Plastic adjustable pin hooks allow you to adjust curtain length within 3 inches. The rod / rings still need to be purchased separately.

When selecting ripple fold curtain, you can choose between ordering a single panel or a pair, and here's how each option works:
- Single Panel: Order a panel width equal to the full width of your window track (e.g., 120 inches). The panel will be crafted using double the fabric width (240 inches of fabric).
- Pair: Specify the total width of your window track, and it will be divided into two equal panels (e.g., for a total of 120 inches, you receive two panels, each 60 inches wide). Each will use double its final width in fabric (each 60-inch panel uses 120 inches of fabric) to achieve the ripple fold.
For both options, it is important to note that we use 200% fabric width (or 2 × fullness of the fabric) relative to the finished width to create wave folds.

To hang curtains with a flat hook header, insert the flat hooks into the back of the curtain at evenly spaced intervals, ensuring they are aligned with the curtain rings or track gliders. Some blackout linings use coated fabric to improve light-blocking performance. During the sewing process, friction between the needle and the coated material may occasionally leave faint dark marks along the header stitching.

As all made-to-order products are custom-made according to your specifications, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
- For cancellation requests made more than 12 hours after purchase, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the product value will apply to cover materials, labour, and production costs already incurred.
- Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them.
If the products come defective when they arrive, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt at support@twopagescurtains.co.uk. We need you to provide the shipping label of the package, and photos to prove the package's status.
We will inspect the products and if we agree with you that the products are defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

Once returned items were received, we will inspect to ensure in brand-new conditiion, unused and with original tags and packaging. Then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
If you meet our return criteria and provide the above-mentioned product defect photos and shipping label, then we will provide a refund for the full cost of your purchase of this order immediately after we receive and confirm the return package, which will be returned to your original payment method within3-10 days.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

- We don't offer refund to lost packages but we will send the replacement instead.
